• Who organizes the Odessa Fair?
The fair is run by the Odessa Agricultural Society (OAS) — a non-profit group founded in 1835 to celebrate and support agricultural life in our community.

How does the fair make money?
We’re a non-profit organization. All funds raised go directly back into hosting community events, maintaining the fairgrounds and Palace, and keeping fair traditions alive.

Can I rent the Palace or fairgrounds for an event?
Yes! Our venue is available for weddings, parties, and private rentals. Email us for more details. odessafair1912@gmail.com

Why do you require my business to have vendor insurance?
Our insurance provider requires that all vendors carry their own liability insurance with a minimum of $5 million in coverage. This protects you, your customers, and the Odessa Agricultural Society in the event of an accident or claim during the fair. Proof of insurance must be submitted with your vendor application or prior to set-up.

    Who owns the fairgrounds?
The Odessa Agricultural Society owns the fairgrounds. The rink pad is operated in partnership with Loyalist Township.

How can I get involved or volunteer?
We’d love your help! Volunteers make the fair possible.
