2026 FAIR DATES:
Friday, July 24, 2026, 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday, July 25, 2026 10:00am – 10:00pm
Sunday, July 26, 2026 10:00am – 4:00pm
Details:
10’ by 10’ space outside $40.00 (no inside vendors)
Hydro (if required) extra $10.00
Set up Friday, July 24, 2026 from 11:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Take down Sunday, July 26, 2026 after 4:00 or as advised by coordinator
Must purchase and provide Certificate of Insurance with minimum $5,000,000 liability coverage, naming Odessa Agricultural Society named as an Additional Insured.

To register and secure your spot, complete these steps:
1. Fill out this form
2. Send an email with the subject: ‘Vendor Registration’ to the vendor coordinator with the following:
The signed contract - scan or take a picture
Copy of the Certificate of insurance for $5,000,000.00 in liability required with Odessa Agricultural Society named as an additional insured.
3. E-Transfer your payment to oasmain231@gmail.com
4. Shawna will confirm your spot after receiving all of the above.
