Annual General Meeting
We are writing to invite you to the 2012 Odessa Agricultural Society Annual General Meeting. For those who may not be familiar with us the OAS brings you the Odessa fair, Children's parties, dances and is involved with the various activities at the fairgrounds throughout the year. Every year at this time we gather together to get new ideas and see new faces, we hope this year will be no exception!
This meeting will be held at the Odessa Fairgrounds on January 16th at 7pm. At this meeting we will be discussing events for the upcoming year. The Agricultural Society is always looking for new people to join the organization whether as an active director or as an occasional volunteer. This is a fun way to meet people from your community. Come see what the Odessa Agricultural Society is all about!

Winter Carnival Dance

- In the Palace at the Odessa Fairgrounds
- Doors open at 8pm
- Dance starts at 9:00 pm
- Band - "The Jim Patterson Band"
- Hot buffet at 12:30 am
- Tickets - $15.00 each
- Bus ride home (locally)
Door Prize is an autographed Guitar donated by The Jim Patterson band.
Tickets are available at the Pop-In Shop, Savages Home Hardware.
